How do I download my e-tickets?
When your tickets are ready to download, you will receive an email from us with the link to download them. After clicking on the link, you can view the tickets and print them or download and save them as a PDF. Please note that only one copy of the barcode will be accepted at the venue.
Your tickets will also be available under the Purchases section. Follow the instructions to download them.
If you have more than one viagogo account, please make sure you enter the email address and password that belong to the account with which you purchased those tickets.
