The two main reasons why customers cannot see their order or sale are:
You may be signed into the wrong account
You may have made your purchase while signed into a second account with another email address you use, or through Facebook.
You made a typo in your email address when using guest checkout
When you check out as a guest, the email address you enter will be the email address for your account and the one your order will be found under.
To resolve this:
1 - Go to your Account Settings and take note of the email address for this account.
2 - Log out and try logging back in using any other email addresses you may have, or with Facebook, to see if you have a second account that you order is under.
3 - If you still cannot locate your order or sale, go to our forgot password / help signing in page.
